Great hostess. She was very welcoming. The room was beautiful. The location in old Quebec is quiet but in the middle of it all. The nescafe coffee maker was a nice little bonus too.

Location is in the heart of Old Quebec but in a quiet section. The room has a view of a quiet park in front of the hotel with a backdrop of the towers of Fairmont Le Château Frontenac and the Saint Lawrence River. Behind the hotel is the Fort to enjoy the sunset. Room is clean and airy.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. We could walk easily to wherever we needed. We had a great view from our room. Loved the ambiance of the old, but beautiful hotel.

Amazing location - right in the heart of upper town Quebec with access to everything needed in a 10 mins walking distance Cute and rustic interiors and decor Very hospitable staff - our early check in was accommodated without issue

There was no breakfast supplied, but amenities were in the room and we could go and pick up any supplies we needed from the reception. The staff were excellent

Comfortable room and bed, did not feel cold. Got the top floor with Fortenac view thank you. Everything was clean. Excellent location!! Refrigerator and heater fan in room . Staff was communicative for arrival after 7pm when front desk closes
